Welcome to the law offices of Jacqueline Skay. Ms. Skay is Certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Advisory Commission, a nine member commission responsible for State Bar certification of specialists in Estate Planning. She also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM).

Ione Rummery, Attorney at Law, also graduated Magnum Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with her LLM in Comparative Law. Ione is responsible for all trust administration matters.

Martha Kohl, Paralegal, has been with the office since 1993 and assists in all probate matters, as well as in trust funding.

Shilo Chang, Paralegal, is a graduate of Humboldt State University. In 2005 Shilo completed the American Bar Association approved program at the University of San Diego, with an emphasis on Business and Environmental Law. Shilo helps with drafts of estate planning, corporate and other business formation documents, and assists clients in the funding of their revocable trusts.

Pam Smith is the office manager. Pam comes to this office with a great deal of experience. Prior to joining our firm, she had her own bookkeeping service and managed the offices of several small businesses.

Sylvia Kwok, receptionist, has been in this office longer than anyone and is the first friendly voice you will hear when you call us or the first friendly face you will see when you come in.
